Could 24/7 shopping be coming to Swansea? (News Story/Feature)

The latest budget, due to be announced by George Osbourne today, could bring about the biggest shake-up to Sunday trading laws since 1994 - something that has the potential to change shopping in Swansea forever. Plans to devolve powers regarding trading hours to local councils are expected to be unveiled in the first all-Conservative budget for 18 years.
